We are looking for a passionate Retail Manager for three unique Lithuanian reseller stores Skechers, T-shirt Store and Ballzy.

FIFAA Retail manager is taking care of Skechers, Ballzy and T Shirt Store (T-Idejos) everyday operations in Lithuania. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of daily operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. The ideal candidate will have experience as a retail or store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, business, marketing, HR etc. Good people-management and leadership skills for recruiting, training and mentoring staff members. Understands main KPI-s in everyday retail, monitor and analyse the results. Maintaining a good image of the organisation. You have very good communication skills in 🇱🇹 Lithuanian and 🇬🇧 English. You are consistent and motivated in both team and solo projects.
