About the position

Your main duties as a include:

  • Processing requests from customers to book space on our vessels via email.
  • Ensuring that all provided mandatory details are correct and ready to be entered into our systems.
  • Control availability for container, price agreement, vessel schedules to make sure to cover customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers through e-mail and with our internal departments in a professional manner.
  • Our working language is English.
  • The geographical scope of activity covers Europe.

Requirements

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have a good grasp of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Have a good time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Are not afraid of challenges and a fast-paced environment.
  • Love to work with details and systems.​​
  • Have good communication and social skills and a positive mindset,
  • Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit.
  • Are ready to work with fixed and stable schedule.
  • Are willing to develop Yourself within the company as the role will be changing within time.

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience in Customer Service (e.g Hotels, Restaurants, Aviation, Cruise Ships, Retail, Travel agencies, etc.)
  • An additional European language is considered as an advantage.
  • You can start ASAP.
