THE POSITION

The responsibilities are:

  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat from the website and app users.
  • Managing customer accounts, orders, delivery, payments, and finding solutions to website and app users’ inquiries.

OFFERING

We offer candidates who relocate outside of Estonia 2 weeks of free accommodation and up to 1000 EUR (net) relocation support.

  • Flexible working hours from Monday-Friday between 8:00-22:00 and Saturday-Sunday 10:00-18:00.
  • The monthly salary on the mentioned position is 1180 EUR (gross).
  • You will have a chance to earn 10% performance bonus to your monthly salary starting from the second month.

REQUIREMENTS

FOR THE POSITION

  • Excellent Latvian and English language skills (verbal and written);
  • Strong communication and administration skills;
  • Customer-focused approach;
  • Attentiveness;
  • Positive attitude and friendly manners.

The recruitment process will be online and consists of two rounds: a grammar test and an online interview.
